  Worst experience ever. We rented 7 black suits for my sons wedding. First the suits were the incorrect ones. We reordered to only find out 4 of the suits did not fit, which meant they did not take the correct measurements. We asked them to expedite deliver as the wedding was coming up the next week. The suits were expected to arrive 2 days before the wedding but due to bad weather they did not arrive. Jos A Banks was not able to tell us when they would arrive even though they were coming fed ex. Since when can't you track a fed ex package. Needless to say they created a lot of unnecessary stress for the groom the day before his wedding which is when the suits arrived. Would not recommend using Jos A Banks for tux/suit rentals. What a shame for a high end retailer, they should be embarrassed. In my opinion this was due to incompetent staff and poor customer services.
